On July 2, the 2025 Vincanwo Group YOUNG Program officially launched, welcoming over 600 new graduates from across China to Vincanwo Group’s bases in Foshan, Guangdong, and Shenzhen, Guangzhou. The Vincanwo Group YOUNG Program is a three-year initiative divided into three phases: integration, department-specific training, and advanced excellence. It targets five core goals: cultural assimilation, professionalisations, teamwork, technical skill advancement, and accelerated growth, nurturing well-rounded talent equipped to excel in diverse roles, from R&D for Industrial Computers to global supply chain management.
The program’s success hinges on collaboration between students, mentors, managers, HR teams, and executives, creating an “all-in” support system.
