Recently, Vincanwo Group and Jiayi Research Institute jointly launched two major training programs – International CEO Course Training and Marketing Iron Army Training, which are respectively aimed at the company’s middle and senior managers and sales teams, aiming to improve the overall quality of the team through professional training and stimulate the team’s innovation and vitality.

The course content covers multiple modules such as the nine elements of the business model, value proposition design, risk analysis, environmental analysis, and business model innovation.
