Warranty starts from the time the product is shipped to you from Vincanwo Group. You do not need to register or save the receipt as long as the unit still has the serial number we can look up the warranty term and start date.

If an RMA is needed, we understand the importance of getting you an accurate and long-lasting fix, and getting back up and running quickly.

How to require a quotation ?
Please send details of your requirement to us by E-mail, we will send quotation to you within 1 working day.
How to require a free sample?
Please send your sample requirement to us, and we will check and confirmed to you within 2 days. Normally we refund sample once the order quantities are in 100pcs.
What is your MOQ ?
NO MOQ request, even with your own specifications.
What is your order Lead-time?
Order Quantity less than 100pcs, and the production lead-time is 3days, surely we have great capacity to handle the large order quantities. For example: 1x40H container loads 8,000 - 10,000pcs and our production lead time normally is 15days after order deposit.
What is your export product package ? How to transport ?
Our product export is single pack. For oversea customers, we will shipping with the durable packages or pallets, or transport by train, by sea or by air, as well by DHL, UPS, etc.
What is your payment term ?
With different price & quantity of contract, We accept different payment term as below:
1, TT for samples (Quantity less than 100units).
2, 30% T/T in advance, balance T/T before shipment (Quantity less than 1000units).
3, 20% T/T in advance, balance O/A 30-60days (Quantity 1000-8000units).
What is your price term ? How to loading cargoes?

1, EXW factory, including VAT tax, Loading cargoes in our factory
