Lunar New Year Holiday Announcement 2026

As the 2026 Lunar New Year (Spring Festival) approaches, we are pleased to announce our holiday schedule to help you arrange your work and cooperation plans in advance. The year 2026 marks the Year of the Fire Horse according to the Chinese zodiac, a symbol of energy, perseverance, and forging ahead with courage and momentum.

In accordance with the official holiday arrangement of the Chinese government and combined with our company's actual operation needs, our Lunar New Year holiday schedule is as follows:

• Holiday Period: From February 15, 2026 (Lunar December 28, Sunday) to February 23, 2026 (Lunar January 7, Monday), totaling 9 days.

• Resumption of Work: We will officially resume work on February 24, 2026 (Lunar January 8, Tuesday).

Note: To ensure work continuity, our team will make proper arrangements for work handover before the holiday. During the holiday, we will suspend daily business operations, order processing, and product delivery temporarily. For urgent matters, please contact our designated person in charge directly, and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

Sales

The Vincanwo Group Sales Team will have limited availability during this holiday period. They will receive and respond to website requests, chat inquiries, and phone calls during this time. Please note that any purchase orders placed during this time will be processed during the third week of February.

Support

Vincanwo Group Support inquiries, such as website chat and help tickets, will be fielded by a single operator from February 15 – February 23. Also, with the holiday hours and our teams taking some well-deserved time off to recharge, some RMAs may be delayed for the final week of the year, resuming operations on February 24.

Supply Chain

Vincanwo Group’s Supply Chain Department will be closed for the duration of Vincanwo Group’s holiday break, which includes Shipping & Receiving. Vincanwo Group will not process any sales orders or receive/ship any orders during this holiday break. Please coordinate in advance with your Sales Associate (or Supply Chain team member, if applicable) if you have concerns about this downtime affecting your pending order.
